Ara Dönem Bütünleme Sınavları / Official Notice: Mid-Year Resit Examinations

Değerli Öğrenciler,

Doğu Akdeniz Üniversitesi, Dr. Fazıl Küçük Tıp Fakültesi Marmara Üniversitesi – Doğu Akdeniz Üniversitesi Uluslararası Ortak Tıp Programı Mezuniyet Öncesi Eğitim-Öğretim ve Ölçme-Değerlendirme Yönetmeliği uyarınca;

Öğrencilerin Faz I ve Faz II’de bir üst sınıfa geçebilmeleri için ilgili döneme kadarki tüm dersleri almış olmaları,
Faz II geçişi (3. sınıftan 4. sınıfa) ve Faz III geçişi (5. sınıftan 6. sınıfa) için ise tüm derslerden başarılı olmaları gerekmektedir.

Genel Akademik Takvim’de yer alan ara dönem bütünleme sınavlarının planlanmasındaki temel amaç; bu kurallar kapsamında irregular öğrencilerin bir üst faza veya bir üst sınıfa geçişlerinde sene sonunu bekleyerek süre kaybı yaşamalarının önüne geçilmesidir.

Bu nedenle;

Ara dönemde yapılacak bütünleme sınavlarına,
yalnızca dönem ortasında bir üst faza veya bir üst sınıfa geçme durumunda olan ve
başarısız harf notlu ders kurulu veya stajı bulunan öğrenciler katılabilecektir.

Başvuru Süreci:

Faz I öğrencileri: dilekçelerini medicine@emu.edu.tr
Faz II öğrencileri: dilekçelerini tip.olcme@marmara.edu.tr

adreslerine 25.12.2025 tarihi mesai bitimine kadar göndermelidir.

Gönderilen dilekçeler incelenecek ve öğrencilerin bütünleme sınavına girip giremeyeceklerine dair bilgilendirme yapılacaktır.

Önemli Hususlar:

Ara dönem bütünleme sınavına girip başarısız olan öğrenciler, sene sonunda yapılacak bütünleme sınavlarına katılamayacaktır.
Henüz yapılmamış olan ders kurulu veya stajların (ör. Y3C4, Y3C5 vb. komiteler) ara dönemde bütünlemesi yapılamaz ve talep edilemez.
Sınıf ve Faz geçişlerinde GANO’nun en az 2.00 olması ilgili yönetmelik gereği zorunludur.

Dear Students,

In accordance with the Regulation on Pre-Graduation Education-Training and Assessment-Evaluation of the
Eastern Mediterranean University, Dr. Fazıl Küçük Faculty of Medicine, Marmara University – Eastern Mediterranean University International Joint Medical Program;

In order to be promoted to the next academic year in Phase I and Phase II, students must have taken all courses offered up to the relevant period,
For transition to Phase II (from 3rd to 4th year) and transition to Phase III (from 5th to 6th year), successful completion of all courses is required.

The primary purpose of the mid-year resit examinations included in the General Academic Calendar is to prevent irregular students from losing time by waiting until the end of the academic year for promotion to the next phase or academic year within the framework of these regulations.

Therefore;

Only students who are eligible for promotion to the next phase or academic year during the mid-year period and
who have failed course committees or clerkships with a letter grade

will be allowed to take the mid-year resit examinations.

Application Process:

Phase I students must submit their petitions to medicine@emu.edu.tr
Phase II students must submit their petitions to tip.olcme@marmara.edu.tr

no later than the end of business hours on 25.12.2025.

All petitions will be reviewed, and students will be informed whether they are eligible to take the resit examinations.

Important Notes:

Students who fail the mid-year resit examinations will not be eligible to take the resit examinations at the end of the academic year.
Resit examinations for course committees or clerkships that have not yet been completed (e.g., Y3C4, Y3C5, etc.) cannot be held or requested during the mid-year period.
In accordance with the relevant regulation, a minimum GPA (CGPA) of 2.00 is required for class and phase promotion.
