EMU Rector Prof. Dr. Aykut Hocanın Presents a Plaque of Appreciation to MDH-EMU Molecular Genetics Research Lab Team

On Thursday, 1 April 2021, at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Rector Prof. Dr. Aykut Hocanın received the Famagusta State Hospital MDH-EMU Genetic Research Laboratory team consisting of EMU Faculty of Dentistry Vice Dean and Molecular Biology and Genetics Professor Prof. Dr. Şükrü Tüzmen, EMU Dr. Fazıl Küçük Medicine Faculty Vice Dean, Medical Microbiology Specialist Assist. Prof. Dr. Mümtaz Güran, EMU Dr. Fazıl Küçük Medicine Faculty academic staff member, Molecular Biology and Genetics Specialist and TRNC Presidential Office and Missing Persons Committee Turkish Cypriot Member Office DNA Laboratory Manager Dr. Cemal Gürkan and EMU Dr. Fazıl Küçük Faculty of Medicine academic staff member and Biotechnology Specialist Dr. Özge Cumaoğulları Eker. Also present at the visit were Vice Rector for Social and Cultural Affairs Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deniz İşçioğlu and EMU Dr. Fazıl Küçük Medicine Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Nahide Gökçora.

MDH-EMU Molecular Genetics Research Laboratory team provided information to EMU Rector Prof. Dr. Aykut Hocanın regarding the work carried out at the lab and  Prof. Dr. Aykut Hocanın presented a plaque of appreciation to the team for their valuable work in the laboratory during the present challenging process.
